CAD Drafting Services
On Site CAD Services provides a robust no frills CAD service to the engineering & construction industries. M.E.P. (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) C.H.P. (combined heat & power). Architectural & construction.
Our CAD drafting service is a commercial based CAD design service aimed at small to medium sized companies working on large projects who require an affordable part time CAD service to provide their own drawings & manage drawings they receive from the principal contractor & other companies. I also provide a one to one design service to factory owners wanting to develop their own facility & keep costs down using their own team.
Construction drawings
Construction drawings for building companies & contractors. High resolution 3d visuals can be provided when required, but technical detailing, working drawings, GA's & RCP's are my main area. I have been in the construction industry since my technical drawing board days back in the eighties, when I worked on large commercial timber roof designs. I still apply this knowledge of geometry & technical drawing to all aspects of my CAD drafting service.

M.E.P. & C.H.P. Layouts
M.E.P. (mechanical. electrical & plumbing) & C.H.P. (combined heat & power systems) are not the most glamorous of projects to work on & often require many hrs on site collecting measurements & information. But without them our hospitals, production & water treatment facilities could not function. These projects have made up the vast majority of our work over the past 6 years.
Below is the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, no drawings were available so I conducted an on-site survey of the under-croft & plant-rooms enabling us to produce a full 3d model. The subterranean service corridors cover over half a kilometre with 11 plant-rooms on 4 levels the survey & 3d drawings took us about 14 months along with the 2d drawings.

Factory & Utilities CAD Services.
I have been working on the design of factories, utilities & zoos since 2007, the first project was a food production facility for Forza Foods in Cleckheation. I went on to work on a further 2 projects for the same company. A water treatment plant at Dublin zoo & a Tapir pool at Chester zoo for a company called Zootech. Electrical containment, pipework layout projects for the utilities & hospitals
also constitute a large part of our work.
